10 Signs You Work in Fast Food

I’ve worked in fast food for over three years now, and these next ten signs are sure way to tell I’ve been doing it way too long…

1. When some says “thank you” for opening a door, etc. and you respond with “thank you.”

2. You have your own secret recipes.

3. More than likely the people that you work with are your best friends.

4. You go home smelling like grease.

5. Whenever someone wants to go out and asks if you want to eat at the place you work, and you give them this look:

6. You have slang words for certain items.

7. You know certain customer’s orders before they walk up to the counter.

8. The headset is how you talk about all the rude customers.

9. You describe customers by the things they order.

10. You know no matter how rude the customer is you can’t get rude back. *which is completely unfair*
